Life at RTR

The idea behind Rent the Runway is inherently fun, and that bleeds into our culture. Our team spirit is no joke. With events like our annual beach day, anniversary party, ski trip, and dozens more throughout the year, our team comes together to let loose and bond. This culminates in our annual Core Values Celebration when we honor core values winners with personalized (and very creative) tributes.
