When to Return


If you’re a member, there are no set return dates! When you’re ready to swap for something new, you can send back as many items as you want at a time. Learn more about swapping.

For one-time Reserve renters, find your return date in your confirmation email. If it falls on a Sunday, you’ll have until noon on Monday to return your items.

Put your rentals in the reusable garment bag they arrived in and be sure all accessories and handbags are back in their dust bags or boxes.

Items can be returned with or without the hangers and plastic bags, but if you hung onto them, send them back and we’ll recycle them!

Trade out the label

Trade out the label


Remove the shipping label from the plastic pouch on the outside of the garment bag. Replace it with the prepaid return label from the bag’s inside pocket.

Then, fold the bag, tuck in the handles, and zip it shut.

You can find your nearest FedEx location here. For faster returns, drop your shipment at the following locations ranked by speed 1) FedEx Office Print and Ship Center 2) FedEx Partner Location (ex: Walgreens, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, etc) 3) FedEx Authorized Ship Center and 4) FedEx Dropboxes.

We have fulfillment centers in both Texas and New Jersey, so your shipments may occasionally arrive in two separate packages.

Whenever you’re done enjoying your items, put them in the garment bag that part of your order arrived in and send it back to us with the return label provided. Your return label will always be found in your garment bag.

RTR customers are responsible for applicable late fees relating to items which are not received back at RTR due to incorrect return methods; Reserve customers may be charged up to the total retail price and members may be charged up to the members’ purchase price. Scan the barcode on the item's tag, wait for the confirmation screen, then place the item in the bin. For each item that is scanned, one of your spots will open up immediately so you can choose something new.
