You need to be the right height
The first tier of the dress frames your butt. I think for most women it will be too high or low. If your butt does hit just right it's be cute

I had the 4 and it was snug across my ribs. It gave me cleavage for the first time ever. I'd liked to have bought it, but if I gained an ounce it wouldn't zip. That said it was still comfortable because of where it was tight
