It was large all over! Couldn't figure out the ties. Loved the print though.

Felt like the diamond of the season!
Lovedddd this dress. The empire waist was so flattering for my small chest. For those with bigger boobs, I would say size up. Great color, great sleeves, great quality. Plus pockets!
