This dress is definitely large in the waist and chest area. I paired it with a large belt to define the waist a bit, and unbuttoned it quite a bit and wore with a Lacey bralette to keep it from feeling frumpy. Very pretty and hangs beautifully. Lots of compliments!

This is an amazing dress! The cutouts are perfectly placed and just enough skin to be sexy while still classy. So amazing that you can wear a normal bra with it! (Just cross the straps and be sure it's a black bra). The size O fit me almost perfectly on top (I'm a 32B) but was a little long in the shoulders and there was definitely still room in the bust. Wayyyyy wayyy too long though (I am 5'3"), plan on wearing heels.
