I wear an 8 or 10 usually and this fit perfect in the 8 (40)! It is very lightweight and I wore black heels but definitely can wear a neutral color as well. It does get a little static cling and there is not much stretch but it was fine for dancing. I got many compliments.

Pictures do not do this dress any justice! It sparkles beautifully on the bottom. The flowers are a little more orange/red than a deep red. I had originally ordered the MR but was unavailable last minute and customer service was awesome and shipped me the ML. It was a smidge long in front so I was able to tuck some of the fabric right under band at the waist without anyone noticing. It fit perfect with my 4" heels. I got so many compliments and I would wear it again.
