Traveled for 5 hours by car and train and still looked great for Hamilton on Broadway!
Wore this for my birthday trip to NYC from outside Boston to see Hamilton. Traveled by car and train, then walked to our hotel, eventually got to Broadway and the dress still looked fresh and perfect. The fabric is stretch jersey but on the heavy side. I wore this in December and it was great with a sweater over it. Would not recommend for the dead of summer (unless indoors with A/C) but would be OK in spring or fall. Loved the fit of the bodice with the fuller skirt, no need for spanx. I was a bit heavier when I rented this, the S fit but there is a good bit of stretch to the dress. 5' and about 115-120 lbs when I wore this.

I can't describe how much I LOVE this dress. I had a baby shower and a funeral on the same weekend. I rented this for the funeral and as a back up in case the dress I rented for the baby shower didn't work. Forgot to have my husband take a picture, so I put it back on the second day and didn't bother zipping it up all the way, that's why its a bit crumpled across the chest. For the funeral I threw a scarf around my neck to hide the cute out/cleavage. The waist detailing makes it perfect for anyone who is even slightly concerned with having attention drawn to a less than perfect belly. And there are POCKETS!! The material is a heavier weight with some stretch to it. The sleeves were a good length for me ( I have long arms for my height) but I could see them being short on some one tall. Could just push them up and make them 3/4 I want to own this dress.

Rented for Baby Shower, Perfect!!!
Rented the M & S, I never even tried on the small. Med fit great. I don't like super tight for reference. As others said the waist did tend to ride up a bit, but I didn't find it to be an issue. Got lots of compliments, especially from my husband! I would rent this again, or buy it outright if it shows up in a clearance sale. Love it!
