Loved this dress and wore it 3 times - girls night out, a weekend day with family, and to work. The neckline is very low cut which was ok for girls night but I wore a black band bra for more coverage otherwise. I'm usually a size 8 on top and size 10 on bottom, the size 10 worked great for me. I just love these UJ dresses.

Color-- I guess I need to adjust the color on my monitor, because I thought the dress was an olive/gray color, especially considering the black hose/shoes that the model is wearing. The dress is actually a very blue-based gray. All of the sequins are silver, and overall the dress had a much more sweet/princess-y look than I was anticipating, on me it just wasn't quite as edgy as it appears on the model. Fit-- Still, the dress is very pretty and flattering - the cut is great if you are concerned about tummy/hips/thighs. I have 28" waist, 38" hips, and tried both sizes 6 and 8. While the size 6 fit, the size 8 was just more flattering, this dress looks best when it's not super tight. I'd advise you to order your regular size and one size up. Another advantage of the larger size is that the sleeves were longer, the sleeves on the size 6 didn't make it down to my elbows. Regarding the low v-neck front, I tried a couple of "regular" bras but they all showed a bit, I ended up wearing a "u-plunge" bra. I used double sided tape to adhere the shoulders to my bra straps. Overall-- I give it 4 stars because it is a very pretty dress and it fit me well. I was disappointed in the color IRL, I was expecting something darker.

Pears, beware! If you are just a slight pear (like I am) this dress can work for you, but more "extreme" pears should stay away. I ordered both size 6 and size 8 and I wore the size 8. Like others, I found the hips to be very close fitting - I have 39" hips and the size 8 looked best, the 6 fit but had serious swayback wrinkles (if you sew and know about fitting, you'll know what I'm talking about). To get the good fit in the hips of the size 8, that meant the bodice was slightly big (my bust is probably 34C, not sure since I'm breastfeeding and size changes hourly!), but here's you can get it to fit great: wear a bandeau/strapless bra, use fashion tape to adhere the right side (sleeveless side) at the underarm to the bandeau bra. Then you can pull the left side/shoulder away (toward the arm) to get the top to fit well. Enough about the fit! This is a cute little dress, I wanted something inexpensive and pretty for a date night and this fit the bill. It had a bit of static cling around the legs, so you may need to be prepared for that with some dryer sheets.

Wore this to a wedding and received tons of compliments! I am 34C bust, 27" waist, 37" hips and the size Small fit perfectly. Surprisingly, my husband liked this dress more than the revealing HL Metallic Mystique dress I also rented at the same time. I did too. I highly recommend this dress!

This was my first time wearing an Herve Leger dress and I am hooked! I love that there is decent amount of coverage and a modest length, but the deep V and the open back give it a wow factor. I am 5'6" and 135 pounds, I thought I would need to wear the medium, but the small ended up looking much better - great cleavage and no need for a bra. Great for curvy girls, looks better than on the model, IMO.
