The dress I had originally wanted for the wedding I was attending was not available, and the extremely helpful ladies at RTR called to let me know what was. This was one of the dresses they mentioned to me as wedding appropriate, so I ordered it, as well as another Herve Leger. While this dress was beautiful, it did not fit me correctly in the mid section. It was far too large and ended up looking bunched and almost baggy. I were HL all the time, and there are just some dresses that don't work on me. This was one of them. I think if I were taller it would have worked a lot better.

The ombre stripes on this Herve Leger get wider as it gets your waist, creating an hourglass effect. It is a little above the knee, and perfect for formal events. This dress is classy, elegant and sexy. You will get complimented on it where ever you wear it. I actually bought this dress I loved it so much!

I am obsessed with this dress. I own over 10 Herves, and this is one that I have never been able to get my hands on in my size. All I have to say is rent this dress now! You won't regret it. But be prepare for plenty of attention. I wore it to a friend's wedding, and everyone from the bride to the photographers were asking me where I got it, what it cost, and who designed it. No one could stop complimenting me or my Herve. I never wanted to send it back! This dress runs TTS and will allow you to wear a bra. If you have a large bust you might want to consider going up a size, as like most Herves, it is a little snug in the rib cage area. Rent the Runway's customer service is amazing- my dress arrived on time and looked amazing. Now I can rent designer dresses that I once had to pay thousands for. Thank you Rent the Runway! This will be the start of a beautiful relationship!
