Easiest work dress
I love a dress that requires little to no styling for a work trip. Especially one that works with sneakers. This was such an easy, comfortable, and stylish option. Would rent again.

Bridesmaid chic
Rented for a work event: a Mardi Gras gala in New Orleans. It felt conservative enough to wear around colleagues, but still flattering and on theme. A couple people asked me if it was a bridesmaid dress that I repurposed, which I didn’t necessarily take as a compliment, but if it was a bridesmaid dress, it would be an extremely chic one!

Great beach coverup
Perfect for a vacation in Mexico. I wore it to breakfast and as a beach coverup. I was a little worried about it being too long (I’m 5’2), but it worked just fine! And bonus: easy to pack, didn’t take up much room.

Needed more of a tan!
I was so excited for this dress and I loved the straps with the turquoise accent, but I wish I wasn’t so pale! The pink sections essentially blended in with my skin tone. It’s definitely better suited for a less rosy complexion. The other thing worth noting is that it wrinkled easily.

Great for a tropical wedding, a little tight in the middle
I rented this dress for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party in Cabo. I loved it *except* for how it accentuated my midsection. Highly recommend shapewear for it! It might be worth sizing up too.

This sweater was the most popular thing at my local Farmers Market. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I tell you that I could barely walk 10 feet without someone asking me where it was from. Anything that’s that compliment-inducing is 5 stars in my book.

Halloween chic
If your girlfriends ever throw a witchy party, rent this dress immediately. Halloween has never been my favorite holiday, so I wanted something on theme, but also a touch classier than the classic costume. This fit the bill. Based on other reviews, I was worried about it running small, but I did fine sticking with my regular XS.

Beach wedding perfection
This dress could not have been better for a laid back, intimate beach wedding. I wore it with platforms and a woven bag, then ditched the shoes during the ceremony on the sand. My only minor note is that it was a little big in the bust (but take that with a grain of salt, because I’m a AA).

Elevated preppy look
Wore this dress for a rehearsal dinner in central coast California and a friend asked me if it was Lilly Pulitzer, which made me giggle, but I guess it does have a preppy vibe! I rented this dress for the rehearsal dinner / welcome party of a destination wedding in France (not pictured, this is me trying to style it before leaving!) and my friend convinced me to wear it by saying it had “Versailles energy.” The reason I was original wavering is because the fit was SNUG — especially at the waist — and I slightly uncomfortable. It also wrinkled easily so required steaming once we arrived. That said, I loved the puff sleeve and it did match the vibe, so going with 4 stars.

More restrictive than your average Nap Dress!
I’m a Hill House Home Nap Dress fan girl (I own a handful and rent them regularly), so I was surprised when this one arrived and it was more restrictive — it’s crepe instead of forgiving cotton, and has a zipper instead of the typical smocked bodice. I still enjoyed wearing it out for dinner with friends, but wanted to warn others who might look at reviews instead of reading the full description.
