I sized up from my usual small to large based on reviews and it’s too big. If you follow your true designer size (meaning if your waist measures 27” you’re a 4) this dress fits true to size. Measurements are the best way to tell size in a world of vanity sizing. If you’re a true 2/4 you could take a small or even medium in this dress. Super cute and sad not to wear!

Beautiful dress
Great quality and cut, runs true to size/slightly big! I am a 4 and could have done a 2. Open back is a little tricky so be prepared for sticky boobs/boob tape as you’ll need some support in the front

Strange fit
I’m not sure whether to say size up or down because it was tight in the midsection and very large in the bust- not an issue I typically have. Must just be cut weird. Liked the color/pattern! Pretty long as well, recommend if you’re tall

I wear a 2-4 so was hoping I could fit into the Small as it was the only size left - definitely not! It zipped but probably would fit a size 24/25 best. Size up or skip!

Looks like 3 layered sweaters
I thought this was one sweater with stripes on the collar, but the look is that of 3 sweaters on top of each other which I didn’t love. Reminded me of when we used to layer polos. The v is also high up on your neck. Not bad but not great

Super rough and see through
I thought this would be thick and somewhat soft/snug but it was very thin like chain mail, so you could see everything through it. Will need to wear a long sleeve shirt under which kind of ruins the look

Recommend sizing down
If you’re small in the waist I’d recommend sizing down! I usually wear a 4 and these were roomy on me and had to wear a belt. 2 would have been much better! Cute overall

This dress is lightweight and adorable but runs huge
I would definitely rent this dress again but size down. I am a 2-4 and had to guess on sizing as there were no reviews. To be safe I got a small which I think would fit a 6-8 better. I was able to safety pin about 2 inches of fabric at the waist and wear it successfully though!

I'm a 2/4 and usually regret listening to the size up reviews, I thought the elastic would be fine. It was not fine. I may still end up wearing this on vacation but please size up! I'm not even sure sizing up would fix the issue here, the elastic is just laughably stiff.

Perfect with the right outfit
So the first time I put this on I hated it. But then I tried it with a flared pant and hair down and actually loved it. Try it unbuttoned or only buttoned in the middle to see if you like it before deciding the shoulders are too much. Love!

Know & Choose your True Size
I'm convinced people are used to vanity sizing because your true size is the correct one in the skirt. To know your true size get some measuring tape and measure your waist, a true 4 is 27". Im a 4 and ordered an 8 which was way too big cause I thought this runs large, it doesn't, just choose your true size!

Wished I had gotten a small!
If you have narrow shoulders or a smaller bust, I would get a small in this. The M was overwhelming and not flattering. I liked the concept but I would size down. Sadly could not wear and sent back.

Pretty dress that was too big
I definitely missed the mark here by getting an 8 - I would say say true to your size or size down. I am typically a true 6 and I may have needed a 4 in this, it looked like a potato sack on me. Sadly couldn't wear before sending back. Pretty fabric and color!
