Not for shorter torso + smaller chest
The proportions of this dress did not fit me. if I shortened the shoulder straps to make the dress fit my body, the seaming in the bust put the boobs like 4 inches higher than where they actually sit on my body. If I lengthened the straps to put the boobs in the right place, then the whole chest area was too big even with a padded bra and the midsection was also loose.

Minimal and modern
This was a great dad shirt to try - oversized with big sleeves but still feminine and a thick starchy cotton which helped in my cooler office environment. I'm 5'2" and slender, it would have been too big to wear untucked like on the model but I could see wearing this with a slim pencil skirt as well.

Unique and pretty
I almost returned this without wearing because i didn't have the right pieces to pair it with but ended up finding things I had. Glad I was able to wear it - interesting and modern piece. I'm petite and the sleeves were a touch long but overall it worked out well.

Nice jacket for cold spring days
I wore this on a spring weekend in NYC when it was no longer in the 30s and I didn't need my full winter coat, but still too cold for lighter jackets. Nice way to add some interest to a basic long sleeve t shirt and jeans.

Nice work pant alternative
This is snug as the other reviews mention, but I wore it with a sweater that hit at my hip instead of a tucked in shirt and it was fine. I'm petite and small on the bottom so this worked for me. Theory is a go to brand for pants for my body type.

Good for and comfortable. There were a few pulled threads on my pair but not noticeable to others. Classic and high quality looking, but with an interesting/ modern take.

Great work dress
Great dress per the other reviews. I might have bought this dress except the XS was a bit big on me on the lower half; I have slim hips and the dress is cut wider in the hip area. Still wore to work and it was fine.

Cool blazer, just too big on me
Love the color and slight detailing that make this jacket different. Even for an oversized blazer, it was too big for me, so sadly I did not wear.

Beautiful color, just not my style
Nice color sweater; it had gold buttons on the shoulder that I didn't notice in the picture. I am more into the minimal / boxy look right now so I didn't wear more than once, but I could see how others might like this.

Awesome pants but too long for petites.
Beautiful color and fabric, great alternative to black pants. However they were too long for me, I am a petite size 0 (5'2", 107 lbs) and was not able to wear.

Worked great during my pregnancy!
I am 36 weeks pregnant in this picture and 128 lbs (21 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight of 107), and my belly is 38 inches around. I normally order sizes 0 and 2 at RTR. Reviews of this dress indicated it ran large, and the fabric details indicated the fabric was "very stretchy" so I ordered the 0 and 2. I tried on the 2 when it arrived and it seemed to drape oddly and unevenly in the front and back hem which I thought was because too much fabric was around my belly, so I contacted RTR and they got me the 4. In the end, I ended up wearing the 2 and had someone help me adjust and even out the draping, because the 4 ended up looking like a sack on me. After the picture was taken I added double sided tape to hold the dress up under the arms and sticker bra, which I think pulled it together. Overall I was really happy with the dress and felt great.
