I am 5’9” and the long with heals fit perfectly. I also wear a 6 and the 6 fit.
I had no issues with the sleeves slipping. Wore a strapless bra. Lots of compliments on my dress.

I ended up wearing the XS. I am 5'9" and wear a size 6. The small would have worked but the XS fit much better. My date was my husband and he loved this dress.
