I usually wear a size 4, and this dress was no different, contrary to other reviews. I wore a NuBra as was recommended, but I think that was more for comfort rather than fit. That said, anyone wearing larger than a C cup may want to go up a size. The dress does run slim in the bodess, but that helps keep the dress up. I never had to pull it up as with other strapless dresses. I loved the color and it was perfect with a sun tan and gold jewelry accents! I also loved the style of the dress: the high lo was absolutely perfect for a semi-formal ballroom wedding. I received many compliments! The only reason I'm not giving the dress 5 stars is because the fabric wasn't quite what I was expecting; I loved the detailing and texture but it was heavier than I thought it would be and it arrived quite wrinkled.

I rented both a 4 and 6 - I usually fall somewhere in between these sizes. This dress runs very narrow, but is a true 6. I've worn other Milly dresses, too, and wear a 6 in those as well. This dress is GORGEOUS. I wore it to a couple things around Christmastime and was perfect for a nice dinner with my boyfriend as well as Christmas Eve mass; received many complements. It has a beautiful silhouette and the detail on it is spectacular - the pictures don't do a justice. The gold was much more bright, in person, but that made it that much more spectacular.
