I've rented from Rent the Runway many times, but this was my first time renting a floor-length gown. Since I was nervous about whether to get the regular size or the long size, I called RTR and spoke to a stylist. I told her that I am 5'5" and planned to wear 4 inch heels. She told me to go with the long size. Bad idea! I got the dress and it was way too long! Thankfully I had the dress delivered two days before the wedding just in case something like this happened. RTR was so great and overnighted me the regular length gown, and it was the perfect length! As for the fit, I usually wear an 8 or a 10, but the waist on this dress is rather tight so I went with the 12R. It was a litter looser than I would have liked, but much more comfortable than the 10R. The color looked great in pictures! I received so many compliments. Another great rental and customer service from RTR. Can't wait to rent again! : )

Another great Herve Leger rental! This was my second time renting this designer and it was the perfect choice. Like all of the other body-con dresses, this dress really accentuates your curves! Perfect length and showed off the right amount of skin. The only thing was the sleeves were a little tight and I did have to adjust the shoulders every now and then to keep them from sliding down. I would definitely rent this dress again! Also RTR customer service was amazing as always! Katie E. was so a kind and a huge help!

I wore this dress for my nieces baptism. The sleeves were perfect for a chilly October day. Though the dress is very forgiving, I chose that it runs true to size because the bust is where this dress can get a little tight. Be mindful of the bra you wear. With the opening in the back you want to make sure your bra doesn't stick out. Also be careful when you sit as this dress wrinkles very easily!! The length was perfect and the sequins on the sleeves really made this dress fun!

I wore this dress out for a girls night in Atlantic City. I was a little nervous about wearing a body con dress, but it compliments you in all of the right places. It is a very hot dress, so if you are a shy person I wouldn't wear this unless you are okay with getting stares and compliments from strangers all night. It fit wonderfully! I usually wear a size 8 and the medium was a perfect fit for me. The RTR details for this dress say you shouldn't wear a regular bra, but I did anyways because I felt more comfortable doing so. My bra did stick out a little bit under my arms, but it wasn't that noticeable. I also used some fashion tape to keep my bra straps in place under the straps of the dress.So if you need to wear a regular bra you can definitely pull it off. Most of the reviews say you don't need spanx, but wore spanx for peace of mind because this dress fits like a glove. I also rolled up the bottom because I felt it was a little long. I really don't have any complaints about this dress! It was fun, hot, and very comfortable! It was hard for me to send it back. I will definitely be renting this dress again! :)

I wore this dress for New Years Eve and it was a great choice!! This dress was extremely comfortable and classy. The length was perfect and the keyhole back showed the perfect amount of skin. This dress is very forgiving in the midsection, so if you are looking for a form fitting dress this would not be a good choice. Also the sleeves were a tad snug, but they did keep me warm in the cold weather. Overall I loved this dress because it has the perfect amount of glitz without being over the top. I have another event coming up and I would definitely rent this dress again!

I wore this romper for my graduation party and I got so many compliments on it! Its perfect because it's classy and dressy, but not too over the top. The sequins really dress it up. I loved this outfit so much I went out and bought it! The only thing I will say is that it does run a little big. I usually wear a size 8. So I rented the 8 and since the 6 was not available I rented the 10 as well. The 8 felt a little big on me so I did not even bother trying the 10. When I purchased the romper at a store near me I tried on the 6 and it fit way better than the 8. So my advice when renting this romper is to rent the size you usually wear as well as a size smaller.
