I wore this dress to an art gala fundraiser. This dress was very pretty on. I got so many compliments on it. However, when I initially opened the RTR bag, I noticed HOW sheer the material really is. I almost didn't wear it. I ended up not wearing underwear because every pair I have shown through (yes even a skin magic beige). I normally wear a size 2 and fit into the XS comfortably. I ended up wearing the small because I was so self-conscious about how see-through it was.

As a strong warning to others considering renting this dress, rent your next size up and then get the back up in two sizes up. Im typically a true 2 in all dresses. However, this dress was SO TIGHT in the next size up. I got so many compliments on the dress, it did make me look like I had boobs for once in my life!

I loved the look of this dress. However, this dress is definitely NOT for those who love to work out. The lace sleeves were so tight on my arms, I could barely lift my arms up to dance! I only wore the bigger size (2) because the sleeves were a tiny bit bigger. It would be such a perfect dress if the lace sleeves were bigger.

I was initially nervous to rent this dress because of all the mixed size reviews. I originally wanted to rent the 2 and get the 4 as a back up, but am I glad I didn't! I absolutely LOVED this dress so much! I wanted to wear this dress 24/7 from the moment I tried it on until I (sadly) had to return it.
