Cute dress, didn’t work with my proportions
I didn’t end up wearing this because of how it fit my body. On someone who didn’t have such a long torso it would probably fit a lot better, but I felt like I was going to pop out of the chest area and the natural waist of the dress was too high up on me so sitting made the dress ride up in a very odd way. I also would not have been able to wear any jewelry for fear of snagging the lace.

Completely in love with this dress!
This might be my favorite rental yet. I went to a gala at a theater for Halloween, and wore this as part of my Cruella De Vil costume. I got so many compliments all night, and the dress was so comfortable. Going up stairs without holding the dress up on both sides definitely took some practice, but other than that, I didn't have to adjust it in the slightest all night. The size 6 fit, but I have a wider rib cage with a long torso (and wanted to be able to eat and sit) so I wore the 8, which did have a little extra room in the bust but not so that anyone would notice. I would rent this dress in a heartbeat and will definitely keep an eye out for if/when it's available to purchase. Can not express enough how much I loved this gorgeous gown.

Another great rental!
I love RTR so much, and this dress only further solidified that. I rented this for my friends evening October wedding in Ohio. Both the 6 & 8 fit; had I been willing to wear shapewear all night I would've worn the 6... but it was BBQ wedding food so I opted to wear the 8 & not worry about it. As other reviews stated, the lining was longer than the overlay, but I figured some double sided tape would fix that easily. When I tried it on with heels, I realized it was definitely not long enough for the look I was going for so I ended up wearing flat sandals instead and it worked out great. I got tons of compliments on the dress, and was very comfortable all night. I would say that if you have broad shoulders or very muscular biceps, this might be a little tight. My movement was slightly limited but it wasn't bad at all and I barely noticed as the night went on. I would absolutely recommend this dress & might rent again!

Great dress!
This dress fit true to size, but if you're going for a body hugging fit I definitely recommend shape wear. I wore this to my class reunion and it was super comfy all night. I am wearing the medium in the photo but ended up wearing the large out; it was a bit longer and for modesties sake I opted for the large. Had I been going to a bachelorette party or something like that I definitely would have worn the medium. If you're larger in the chest you may want to get some fashion tape to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions. Only complaint is that there was about a 3 inch section on the large where the lace had torn away from the hem. Nobody noticed, it just kind of bugged me. Overall it was perfect for my occasion and at a really great price!

Gorgeous dress!
I got this dress for Halloween (Morticia Addams) and it was PERFECT! I got so many compliments on the dress! It was comfortable, very flattering and quality material. I almost wore the Long (the sleeves were closer to my arm length) but I didn't want to trip on it, so I went with the regular. The sleeves ended up closer to 3/4 length for me, and the length was about 2 inches shy of the floor with 3 inch heels on. Another fabulous experience with Rent The Runway, and I will keep coming back for more!

This dress was stunning, and such a fantastic color. Unfortunately it was very snug (especially in the rib & bust area) and the next size up wasn't available in time, so I was unable to wear it for my event.

This dress is perfect!
I got this dress to go to a nice dinner for my birthday with my husband- he loved it on me so much he wants me to buy it! The color is magnificent- a bold bright blue. As everyone else said the arms are a little snug. It was comfortable, and the hem hit just above the knee so very modest! Overall, another great experience with Rent The runway!

I wore this to a Lady Gaga concert, and I got so many compliments on it!
I ordered an 8 with a 6 as my back up. I ended up wearing the 6, but probably could've used a 4 four mostly because the straps were so long and I had extra room in the bust area. Overall, I LOVED the dress, and will definitely use Rent The Runway again!
