It's gorgeous. Didn't need a bra, which was nice. I wore flats, so the length wasn't an issue, but if you want to wear any sort of heel, get a long. The underlay of the dress (you can kinda see in the pic) wasn't as long as the outer, sheer part, which made the dress look inconsistent (only to me, but I'm sure no one else noticed). The top of the dress rolled down a little throughout the night, which I didn't really notice, but others did, sometimes coming up behind me and fixing it / pulling it up. Again, not a huge issue for me. Was comfortable all night too! FYI, the other 2 dresses in the pic are RTR too, and they both loved theirs! What a great night for my mom, sister and I, all thanks to RTR!

Rented a 4 and a 6, and they both fit, but the 6 was a titch longer, and more appropriate for dancing at a party. Runs short, but the 6 came down to my fingertips, so it was acceptable. Very comfortable, but the sequins do catch on things and each other, so that was a little annoying throughout the evening. Sleeves are short too (above the normal wrist line), but that didn't bother me. Material is thick, so it was forgiving in places. I could wear regular undergarments too, so that's a plus. Such a fun dress!!

This has been, by far, my favorite RTR dress to date! Everything about the rental process was flawless, as usual, but this dress was extraordinary! I ordered the 8R and 10R and ended up wearing the 10 b/c it was a bit more comfortable sitting down (and I knew I'd be eating and dancing all night), but they fit pretty much the same. It looks just how it does in the pictures, and I have nothing but incredible things to say about it. Like everyone says, it runs lonnnng, so make sure your shoes are tall enough. There are a few "flaws" in the lace overlay (from wear), but they've been repaired and are completely unnoticeable. I did not wear a bra, and didn't need to, nor did I need to wear Spanx or anything - just plain old underwear :) I got so many compliments all night from everyone and it was truly a head-turner. RENT THIS DRESS. Trust me.

I have nothing bad to say at all! Fit perfectly. Beautiful, well-made dress. As other reviewers have commented, the light-colored stripes are more tan / taupe in real life than they show in the picture of the dress on the model on the website. They seem white, but are really more khaki-colored. Super comfy too, and I didn't wear a bra (b/c of the scoop-neck back, and b/c I can get away with it!) but you totally could wear a regular bra. Couldn't be happier with the dress. Go Kate Spade and RTR!

Fit perfectly and was a GORGEOUS dress. The material was very soft and comfortable too, so I was able to wear it all night (dancing at a wedding - was fun to twirl in too!) and not be ready to take it off at the end of the night. I got so many compliments too! Love that I could wear a regular bra with it, and didn't have to wear Spanx or uncomfortable undergarments with it. My only wish is that it had pockets. Oh well, dress was perfect and I wish I owned it. Thanks again, RTR!

I ordered this dress in M and L. Runs pretty small, and isn't very forgiving. Being that it's made of a thin lacy material, it showed every flaw, and I just didn't feel comfortable in it, especially to someone else's wedding. Luckily, I gave a big buffer for dress arrival before the event, so I was able to contact the RTR return department that very night and select an alternative dress (which I ended up LOVING). Be wary of the dress running small, and the thin, unforgiving material - just didn't want to be sucking in all night :) It's a pretty dress though.

Placed my order on a Monday, dress arrived on Friday, one day prior to my event. Package was perfectly arranged and packed, and I felt like a movie star opening my dress package - garment bag, dresses in mint condition and even some extras (QTips, body wash sample and coupons!). I ordered the XS and S, based on user reviews that the dress runs large. I ended up wearing the S and it was perfect, even though I usually wear a size 6-8. As the other reviews state, it's a little see-thru in some places, but I wore a nude strapless bra and nude Spanx just in case, and the Spanx helped "smooth things out," as the material is thin and can cling in some places (ie: tummy). Super comfortable though, despite being a party dress. I wore it to a bachelorette party night on the town, and got so many compliments on the dress all night! Can't wait for my next rental - I'm hooked!! (Note: the embellished shoulder will be on your left - my mirror selfie makes it appear backwards)
