Elegant, but read my note
Rented this for a ribbon cutting ceremony in the am. Length was perfect as it was not too short or not too long. Dress is well made and looks lovely. It's very form fitting, especially around the midsection. There was very little difference between size 6 and size 8. NOTE: The lovely neckline is kept in place by a plastic insert. When I received the dress, one side of the collar was bent. It did not matter how long or how well I ironed it, it kept being crooked. So my advice is, the night before you plan to wear the dress, lay it flat and place a bunch of heavy books on the collar. This way the plastic will be straighten and the collar will look symmetric.

Lovely dress, but it's not Black and White!
Lovely dress. Fits nicely and it's well made, with cute details (like the see-through fabric and the chunky silver zipper on the back). I was expecting a black and off white dress though, instead it's black and beige (almost skin color). I am not a big fan of the color combination—as I think BW would have been more elegant. Oh, the dress came with a bad of Neutrogena samples, which was a nice unexpected touch :) There is very little difference between size 6 and size 8—I can wear them both as a matter fact.

Super heavy fabric!
The fabric is super heavy, it's like wearing a wetsuit—it will make you look two sizes bigger.. I also did not like the waistline, which was very high up. I think for the right body type this could be a cute dress, but not for me. It runs very large. I am usually a size 8 and the 6 was plenty big for me.

Beautiful dress.
Wore this for an afternoon wedding. The dress is very classy, but the back is a little more sassy! I wore with my hair up and high heel sandals—to make it even more elegant. There was not a huge difference between size 6 and size 8—size 8 was more comfortable. Will rent again.
