This dress is incredible. From the color, to the shoulder detail, to the hemline... it's simply a show stopper. Added bonus is that it made me feel just as great. It runs TTS for my body type (5'9" / 145# / 34C / slightly hippy), but if you have a bigger chest or arms, you may want to size up, because there is no stretch to the material. I would recommend it to anyone, and I honestly would contemplate ordering again.

I am never one to wear bodycon dresses, but I decided to rent this as my "backup" dress. I read the reviews, and everyone said it fit snug, which I would agree with, but people also raved about how much they loved it, which I would also agree with. The fabric is SO forgiving - no need for spanx whatsoever! I was shocked at how awesome I felt like this made my body look - the snugness, the ruching, the scalloped top, the lace detail - EVERYTHING was so beautiful. They shape was really flattering as well. I could not say enough good things about this dress. I am typically a 4 or a 6 (I usually HAVE to try both sizes on when I am shopping) and the 44L (I think this equates to a 6?) fit just fine. I could have probably squeezed into a 42 as well, but the length might not have worked the same. My only little problem with it was that it was not very long for actually being a LONG. I was expecting to have to wear heels, but I had to wear flats and it just skimmed the ground. But hey, who isn't happy wearing flats at a formal event when you're already 5'10 anyway? Overall a beautiful dress, and I would definitely rent it again if I needed to.

I read mixed reviews on the length of this dress, but decided to give it a try anyway (I also ordered a backup). I ordered the 4L and 6L. Both fit nearly the same, but I feel like I got a smidge more length in the 6L, because it was one size larger (ps - I am almost 5'10). I just didn't think the dress DID anything for me. You know when you see a woman in something beautiful, and you say "wow, that was made for her" - yeah, this was not that kind of dress for me, unfortunately. I ended up wearing my backup dress, because it was longer and had that little something I was looking for. Pretty dress & I loved people's personal pictures on here - just not for me.
