First time using Rent the Runway - overall experience was okay. Had a panic attack in terms of the shipping (paid for 8 day rental only to have the dress be delivered 2 days late!!) but the dress fit well and I received a lot of compliments. The only negative was that it was damaged so the boning on the bust was popping through and poking me. I fixed it temporarily with some duct tape but seems like its a common problem -- the 8R dress had additional stitching on the boning to prevent the plastic from popping out.
