This is a beautiful shirt, however it runs extremely small. I am between a 6 & 8 (usually a small or medium blouse). I got the 8 and it was very tight in the chest and shoulder area. I am a 36C, for reference.

This dress is kind of sized odd. I'm usually a size 6 In dresses. The size 6 skirt part fit great in this dress, but the top was large and kept falling off. The 4 fit great up top but was a little shorter/snug on bottom. Keep in mind, I have extremely broad shoulders / athletic build... So I was surprised the 6 didn't fit up top. I ended up going with the 4. Regardless, this was a great dress and I got tons of compliments. Material is extremely stretchy, not stiff like I thought it would be from the model picture

Great looking dress. Great color and flowy style. Only downside is that it gets EXTREMELY wrinkly and stains easily. I ironed it like crazy before i wore it, however it got crazy wrinkly from just sitting in the car on the way to the ceremony.

I usually wear a size 6 in dresses (I have a wider back/rib cage/shoulders but am generally petite). I rarely wear a size 4 or small, however in this dress the small was the way to go. The back detail and rib/waist area was a little baggy in the medium. If you are unsure I would definitely go with your normal size, and size down as a back up. The dress is great and I got tons of compliments. great length- not too long or short.
