Color-blocking dress and necklace for husband's high school reunion; ended up being school colors!
I fit right in at my husband's high school reunion with this necklace and the Jerry Dress, navy and gold were his high school colors! This chunky block necklace is not usually my style, but I also don't usually wear necklaces. It felt substantial but not overbearing around my neck, and finished off the look perfectly!

Pretty in pink for my bridal party tea party!
Fitted waist and around the armpits, comfortably flared skirt. The color is much brighter in person than in the photo, it is bubblegum pink! But, contrasted with a turquoise necklace, nude pumps, and white purse, the outfit was perfect for my bridal party tea party!

A perfectly girly purse for a bridal party tea party!
Though the size of the purse was smaller than I thought (it was just slightly beyond my hand when sitting in my palm), it still had plenty of room to hold the essentials: phone, cash/cards, lipstick. Don't think about trying to fit a new lipstick/eyeliner pencil in it, though, because it probably won't fit! I loved the doily-style pattern, it worked perfectly with my girly outfit for a bridal party tea party!

This horse-hair clutch has plenty of space and doubles nicely as a shoulder purse with the chain that fits inside. I used it both ways at my bachelorette party and it added some extra pop and flair to my LBD!

Nice big, roomy clutch. The metal frame was nice because it holds the purse open when opened so you can prop it on a surface or open it with one hand while holding it with your other hand, and easily see what you're looking for!

I was sparkling and shining as the bride-to-be at my rehearsal dinner!
The under-lining is form fitting around the hips and armpits, but the sleeves are roomy and fit comfortably. It was probably too snug around my butt and thighs because I felt like the lining kept peeking out under the shiny sheer top-layer at the bottom at awkward angles.

Perfect as a cost-effective alternative to a wedding dress for Halloween!
True to size, I wore this dress as a Halloween costume to be the "Ms. Piggy" half to a "Ms. Piggy and Kermit get married!" couples' costume! The alternative was to pay almost the same or maybe more for a second-hand wedding dress that would probably be from the '80's (although at least the big sleeves would work for Ms. Piggy), but this was more stylish and way more fun to wear! I felt like a princess bride, the skirt was fun and flowy, just what I thought Ms. Piggy would wear!

Hearing stories of future hubby's high school days - unforgettable!
The dress was fitted in the chest and waist and A-line skirt with pockets! The pockets were a bonus, because although I wore this dress with a high school reunion cocktail hour in mind, it also worked for a daytime beer festival immediately before the reunion! I didn't use the purse during the beer fest. The cotton fabric was perfect in the sun because it wasn't too hot, and the A-line skirt kept the breeze flowing! Future hubby loved the whole look, and turns out it was his high school's colors, so I got compliments on the outfit the entire night!

My bridal shower is a once-in-a-lifetime event!
The dress was a perfect summer party choice! The waistband elastic, breezy skirt, and light fabric made it comfortable to wear in the heat, and the color is perfect for summer! I wore the dress for my bridal shower and received many compliments on it! It was a little snug around the chest and arms, but that was more due to my sizing usually falling between an 8 and a 10, and so I have to choose the next closest fit; it wasn't an issue that restricted my comfort while wearing it. Definitely recommend!
