Taller women beware!
Rented this for a family photo and a 0 was way too short on me (5'7) to be appropriate for the occasion -- it was approaching beach coverup territory. Runs slightly small; I probably could have sized up to a 2.

Great spring/summer work dress
Well-constricted dress with a bit of stretch so it felt like a dream on. Got a lot of compliments. Nice thick fabric so the white parts are completely opaque. This is about as short as I'd go for work without tights. The XS a few inches above the knee on me and I'm not super tall.

Fun everyday dress
Flattering sweater dress fitting TTS to slight small in the bust. Got plenty of compliments! Definitely looks purple in real life. Tall girls may find it a bit short for the office without tights.

Don't sleep on this dress
I wasn't wowed by the RTR photos but this is a super flattering work dress. Felt TTS. Medium weight fabric with a slightly textured fabric. Plenty of compliments.
