Too long
I’m 5’3”. I wore a 2R. The length was too long for me. I typically order jumpers for events so I didn’t try on the outfit until I got the hotel at the venue. Welp, too late. I had to French cuff at the ankles to avoid tripping over the pant legs. I was also in 5 inch heels. LOL
