Love it
If you're busty go up a size or just wear a minimizer. Other than that this dress is pretty close to perfect.

Work Event
I didn't end up wearing this to a work event but I did try it on and loved it. It ended up being a little too sex-bomby for the event I had to attend, but when I just tried it on, the flare panel on the leg was great and the neckline was everything. Will 10/10 wear it to something soon. If you're tall go up a size, the rise on this runs a little high in the crotch.

The color did nothing for me. Moreover. it had zero shape. I think if you're very slender this would flow nicely, but it swallowed my hourglass shape whole, which is very hard to do.

Loved it but short torso
I loved this utility suit. I wore it one time to a work function and got tons of compliments. However, as a 5'11" woman with a long torso, the arms and body were a bit short for me. Skimming sleeves and legs are always cute but in this case I couldn't raise my arms. If you're tall go a size up.

Love it
I am usually an 8 but glad I got the 10 because there is zero stretch. THe cotton is very nice but it's thick so you need a little wiggle room to be comfortable. Plus, I needed the length since I am tall 5'11". I suggest going up a size because the waist and tied belt need a little length room so you can really tie it the way you like. Love the asymmetrical cut. The pattern and color are surprisingly versatile. This can take you from day to evening very easily.

Short length
I loved the top. Loved it. But it has a boxy cut. I could only wear it with my mom jeans because I needed the high waist to be able to belt it. I am 5'11" and curvy and was delighted at the fit over my bust and the flattering neckline. But If you have a long waist, this top may frustrate you.
