The dress fits snug, as it is designed to. Throughout the day it stretched out and was a little too loose around my waist, which made the overall effect look a bit sloppy. The dress will STRETCH big time so I would recommend maybe going one size down, especially if your hips are on the narrower side. Although I would not have wanted a smaller size for work, if I were to rent this dress for a date/wedding/or other event, I would go with the 39.

This dress runs very big, I am generally a size 4 and the 2 was perfectly fine. I think a 0 would have worked and still not been tight. The fabric is a lovely heavy crepe that hangs beautifully. Perfect for work with nude heels. I used fashion tape to keep the neckline from opening/moving (as this is a wrap style) but it was not too low at all. Would love to own this dress!

I rented this for work in my usual size 4. This dress ran VERY small. Sometimes I need a size 6 to accomodate my bust/rib cage and my waist/hips generally run at a 2 or 4. Anyway, this dress was like a second skin across all areas. Nice, thick fabric that hid any problem areas, it was a beautiful dress. I will probably try to rent again in a 6 because the 4 was WAY too tight, especially for the office.

My boyfriend's jaw was on the floor the entire night over this dress. He loved it and I received a ton of compliments. The fit is tight like most Nicole Miller dresses and the body-con spanx-like liner is awesome. The dress is short and does tend to ride up, which can be annoying if you are in an atmosphere that is even a little conservative.

The dress was okay ... a little tight in the middle and too wide in the hips. It would be more flattering on someone with a more hourglass shape or booty. It was also longer than expected. I didn't have anything else so I ended up wearing it with a jean jacket and gladiators for a more casual look.

LOVED this dress. Obsessed, wish I owned it. The lining definitely cinches you in and smoothes out any problems. Felt smokin' hot and my boyfriend loved the dress. Definitely showed the right amount of cleavage and not too short...I tend to try to either show off legs or cleavage, not both, and this struck the perfect balance.

LOVED this dress. Did not get to wear it because I loved my other dress even more. Dress was extremely flattering and showed just the right amount of cleavage. Ruching made any "trouble spots" really unnoticeable. Great color.

A little bag-like up top if you have a full chest, but the bottom evens it out. I didn't LOVE it, but did not have another option and still go compliments on the dress.

I'm not sure what the deal was with this dress...it just looked off on both sizes I rented. I have a small waist and D-cup, so it really just made me look super top-heavy. Also, the black ribbon on the shoulders is hard to see in the pictures and looks weird.
