Odd fit. Underarms were GAPING open.
Didn’t wear this. The dress was not big on me, but the underarm area was gaping. So much so that I went back to pictures to try to understand how other people wore this. Was not for me.

Not for short girls
If you have a long torso it’ll work even if you are short. But being short and having a short waist, it just had a weird fit around my middle with the horizontal seams. I really liked the print and I really liked the sophisticated look with the white linen jacket. But it just wasn’t flattering. I wore it anyway because in my mind, I thought it looked better than it did when I saw the pictures. I think I made it work.

Very very tight but fun.
Heavy heavy denim. I wore this to a party on a hot summer day and stayed in the air conditioning. This picture is hilariously flattering. The dress did not look that good on me. It’s extremely tight in the bodice but if you can zip it closed it really does hold you in nicely. I might try it again in the winter. At only 5’2 it was not too short.

I didn’t see any red flags in the reviews, but the small did not fit. I couldn’t even get it on. So size up if you are typically a size 4. .

I loved this! Classic, high quality, versatile, polished.
I'm considering buying this if I find myself renting it again. I wore it for a family event but it was just so easy to wear and to style. I can imagine wearing it to a million different things - work party, wedding, fancy dinner, etc., all depending on styling. It was a bit roomy - I might try sizing down next time.

Great summer dress!
I was a little worried about this being too tight in the chest without any V-neck to open it up. But it looked super cute. I had this on a beach vacation but when I landed back home I had to go straight to a dinner event. I threw on a denim jacket over it and it transitioned well to a non-beach location.

I love the trouser jean look. I loved the vertical lines in the seams. The hips fit a little bit. strange with the pockets jutting out a little bit. That’s probably my body though. One size up might have fixed that but they were still wearable.

Felt like a “sexy librarian” outfit
I did not end up wearing this. It’s very high-quality and there’s nothing inherently wrong with it. But I felt like I needed to unbutton the top and wear big dark framed glasses and pull my hair out of a bun. I can’t really explain it. The look just isn’t for me, but if it’s your look, it’s a great little outfit.

These are very cute, and I love the fit at the waist and hips and butt. The ankle length is great on other people, but on me they just feel a little too short. I think it’s because my proportions are “all leg no torso”. But try them! They are super soft and comfy.

Super fun, easy, very tight neck opening!
Take the review seriously – that neck opening is quite small. But I loved wearing this and it was perfect for a work conference in Chicago where it was just cold enough to want to have a sweater but also warm enough to wear a skirt. If I lived in a cold or climate, I probably would’ve kept this. I also might’ve tried it in one size smaller, but I worry about that neck opening! Definitely put it on before you do your makeup!

Fun, easy to wear party dress
Wore for a Vegas b'day party. Was perfect for that. Just wish it didn't have so much green in it in person. Very easy shape to wear. I'm at a heavy weight for myself right now - up until very recently I would have ordered the small but didn't want to take any chances. Medium was roomy but not oversized. Worked great.

I can’t really explain the love/hate - just sometimes I thought “cute” and sometimes I thought “ugh awful”. I still wore it a few times. Definitely better with a jacket to add some shape. Sort of a strange hem. Cute pattern. I’ve gained weight so maybe just not flattering on me. Sorry not helpful! (2nd pic I was making a shoe choice among limited options in a hotel but shows the improvement with the jacket.

So pretty but neckline TOO plunging
Sadly, I ended up only wearing this over a bathing suit and around the house. The neckline was just too plunging to be comfortable outside the house. Can't wear a bra with it, and I was not comfortable bra-less. And a cami underneath ruined the lines.

Very pretty color - too juvenile for me
Looks great on younger women in the pics. Just I think too juvenile for an almost-50-year old. Wrinkled easily, not much room in the chest (for me), and the back was very short (though I usually like short). Those weird strings just sort of hanging there is weird too. Someone very slim might be able to use those to tie behind the back, but you would need to be quite slim. (Looks better in the pic than it looked in real life, oddly enough).
