I'm not on the large side in the bust but I couldn't button it up. I'm normally a 12. Fit fine everywhere else and I'd be afraid to go bigger.

This kind of shirt would be best left open, but it doesn't have a nice drap when it's open. And buttoned it looks a bit largish and stiff.
