Comfortable and professional
I loved the knit; it was super comfortable and lightweight. Just a warning -- sitting at my desk all day resulted in a very prominent crease under my chest. If you don't have the posture of a shrimp like me, it won't be an issue.

Billowy and beautiful
I rented a L/XL then re-rented it in S/M. It doesn't look like much on the hanger, but it drapes beautifully and it super comfortable. It's very versatile; I've worn it with jeans, khakis and trousers. I bought it!

It’s magical
Some kind of voodoo makes this skirt hide everything I want hidden and still reveal a lot of leg. Never thought my big thighs could look this good. Wore it to a Raye concert with a cropped tee and silk bomber jacket and was definitely feeling myself.

The flared peplum is flaring
Really cute, and it fit me perfectly in my shoulders and chest. I wasn't expecting the the slightly poofed shoulder, but I liked it. The flared hips, however, were a little too flared and did nothing for my body type. .

Not my fave but it’s a nice jacket
This was very boxy and big on me. I think it would still be boxy if I sized down. Wore it with the matching skirt with a black mock turtleneck, black tights and simple bun, and felt put together but not very cute.

Perfect skirt for my proportions
Love this skirt and styled it multiple ways. I’m 5’0” and it was short, but totally what I expected from a mini skirt. I liked it better without the matching jacket; favorite fit was with black patterned tights and a cropped black jacket. I’d buy it if it was on sale!

Really pretty, but not for my body type
I’m short-waisted and when I zipped this dress up, there was a weird bulge on my back/shoulders (which actually happens a lot for me, so it’s not the dress’s fault). The outer lace layer was also too large for the slip dress underneath, and it just looked wonky. It would look great on someone tall and curvy, though!

Shone under the NYE disco ball 🪩
Wore this with a black mock turtleneck, high-waisted flared jeans and Docs to a Tokyo street-themed NYE party at a very trendy ramen bar (yes, this is a thing in the Bay Area). Thought I would be underdressed but this jacket was a compliment magnet. It looks thin in the pics, but it’s actually a decent weight (but not heavy by any means). It kept me warm on the train and in the rain, but cool indoors the crowded restaurant. I can’t afford it, even with the 50% off promo, and I don’t know where else I’d wear it, but I want to keep it forever.

Great fabric and cut, but quite large
I was SO happy to find such cool pants with a petite inseam. The length was a bit long but fine with heeled boots (I'm 5'0"), but the legs were very ... voluminous. If I had sized down, the waist would have been too small; it was already snug to begin with. They're great pants and I hate to only give them 3 stars, because they'd look really cool on someone taller. They just weren't for me.

Perfect fit but just kind of "eh"
There's nothing fundamentally wrong with this jacket. I sized up and I'm glad I did. The proportions were perfect for my body type. It was just kind of blah. I styled it with a a burgundy mock turtleneck and oversized jeans, which I loved as a look on the weekend, but had I worn it to work with slacks or a skirt, it would have been underwhelming. I think it's because the buttons are covered in the same fabric as the jacket and don't stand out at all.

Deceptively compact
This bag looks sleek (and not just because it's patent leather). Just clean, simple lines and the perfect size for when you want to appear as if you are easy breezy and in need of nothing, when in fact you need all the things. It holds a ton and won't get misshapen by all your stuff.

Would I ever buy a $400 sweater with a pastel puppy on it? No. Would I rent it and express my whimsy? Of course. I sized up for an oversized look, but I probably shouldn’t have, because I think it would have looked better fitted. Kind of itchy when I first put it on, but it wasn’t horrible by any means.

Horse girls 🤝 Stylish women
This cardigan is a former horse girl’s holy grail. I was not a horse girl, but I will be buying this cardigan. It’s comfortable, the knit is luxurious, and the silhouette is more like a jacket because of the shoulder pads. The buttons are actually snaps, which I love. 10/10 would wear to sit in a saddle.

When a guy you’re talking to likes sports
I sent this pic to the sports-obsessed guy I met on Hinge and now I have a date this weekend. (I hope he doesn’t want to talk about sports.) Anyway, it’s super comfortable and warm but not heavy. If you rented the blue and red Sea New York Carolyn rugby this summer, that one was a cotton knit, while this one is a cotton/cashmere sweater knit. I bought the Carolyn rugby and I’m buying this one regardless of how the date turns out.

Are sizes different in Australia?
This is an Australian brand, so maybe that’s why these jeans are ridiculously small in the waist. I normally wear a 10-12 and sized up to 14 just in case, and I couldn’t even get them past my hips. I don’t even think a 16 would have fit.

Looks like a look, feels like a tent
This jacket is beautifully made and definitely unique, but I couldn’t figure out how to wear it without looking like I was about to skydive. The collar only works if it lays just right, and the white straps feel more decorative than functional. The cuffs are tight, but the sleeves billow in a way that feels…confused. Maybe it would work better on someone taller, but on me, it was just too much fabric and not enough shape.

Unique but not effortless
The bag arrived with the strap oddly wrapped around the bottom … hard to describe, but it took a minute to figure out how to convert it into a crossbody. It also works as a shoulder bag once you get the straps sorted out. The design is unique, and it holds more than I expected. That said, it feels bulky when closed, and it looks a bit awkward when worn crossbody.

Perfect cut, easy wear
I finally had to send this dress back after having it for 2 months, which broke my heart. As soon as UPS picked it up, the price dropped and I bought it. I’m petite with a larger chest, and the bodice is cut just right to flatter all the right places. It hits at my ankles, and I can wear it with flats or sandals. Really nice, but not for my frame
The fit was pretty good overall, but with my short torso and narrow shoulders, I just couldn’t get it to sit right. The pockets hit in an awkward spot and made my hips look way bigger than they are. Definitely recommend for the taller gals, though. It’s cute, just not made for my proportions.

Cozy, classic, can’t let go

Summer stunner, petite problems
This bag is gorgeous, but it definitely feels more like a summer piece and not quite right for March. It has no structure, which might’ve worked better if I had more stuff to carry. Honestly, it would make a really cool beach bag if it weren’t so nice (sand would totally ruin it). Also, it's huge. I'm petite and couldn’t get it to sit right on my shoulder. I won’t rent it again, but I’d still recommend it if you’re taller than me and need to haul around a lot.
