Wore twice, but didn't keep it like I'd hoped to.
Glad I got the 8 to fit my chest and therefore my armpits too, but that made everything else pretty big and frumpy looking. Dressed it up with a wedge, belt and cardigan for Day 2 before I returned it. I really wanted to love it and keep it, but that wasn't the case. Also, the concealed buttons were good for style, but functionally I couldn't keep them fastened. I wrestled with one all day and had to wrap myself in my cardigan when I was midway through a meeting and my cleavage popped out.

Maybe for something that wasn't work-related...
I rented this for a local govt gala that my office was attending and ultimately felt uncomfortable with the amount of cleavage showing, so I sent it back. I think for someone with a smaller bust it would be fine. If I decide to wear it in the future (New Years Eve, for example) I would probably size up to 10 (this coming from someone who can sometimes wear a 6) to ensure the zipper lies flat in the back, but then pin the front crisscross. I could zipper the dress, but the zipper was wavy.
