Can not figure out whether the "sleeves" should be on the shoulder or off. Looks odd either ways. Very cute color though!

Tight around the chest.
I am usually a size 10 but cannot squeeze into this one. The fabric is thick and non-stretchy and it is super tight around the chest. Beautiful dress but you’ll have to size up!
