High waisted
Very high waited with a tight elastic band. They cute enough that I dealt with it but not the most comfortable.

I would buy this if it wasn't for the side zipper sticking out a bit. Not sure if that was the dress or from wear. Not for busty women but you can make it work with the straps that tie.
