Loved wearing this dress!
I loved this dress! I wore my regular size (8), but it was a tad tight in the boobs and waist- if you're an apple shape or big in the bust, definitely go a size up for your back-up. The 8 fit but I might have been more comfortable in a 10. Despite it being a little tight, I loved wearing this! It's very flattering, and was the perfect length on me (I'm 5'3). I wore it to casual daytime brunch and didn't feel overdressed, but you could easily dress it up too. If I owned this, I would wear it all the time!

Size up if you're large-chested!
I liked the look of this dress but didn't wear it because it wasn't a good fit on me. My normal size (8) zipped up but it was so tight in the chest/ribcage area that I was uncomfortable and was spilling out the top. I'm a 34D and there wasn't enough room in the chest. Also since the straps are way too long, the top wasn't tight in a supportive or flattering way (it didn't create cleavage), it just smashed me down. I think if I had ordered a 10 , it might have worked. It's a very pretty dress, I loved the fabric and the pattern.

Pretty dress, good fit, a little long
This dress wasn't my first choice but I ended up being really happy with it! I used fashion tape to tape up the hem about 4 inches shorter. I'm only 5'3 and with the high neckline and longer hem it was too modest for my taste, but after taping the hem it was perfect. The 2 piece thing is unique and makes it more interesting- it looks almost like a crop top but you're fully covered because the pieces are connected. I found it very true to size. I recommend the dress- it made me feel sophisticated and pretty!

Did not work for me
I did not like this dress on me and didn't end up wearing it. The torso was much too long, so that the waist fell low in an unflattering way. The skirt hem was too long too, so overall it was an awkward fit- I thought this dress would be short, light, and swingy but it felt long and droopy. I did love the print and the fabric is stretchy/comfortable (although a tad shiny which I didn't expect?) I think this dress could look great if you're tall with a long torso. Other than the length issue it was true to size. I'm 5'3, 34D, and my regular size 8 fit. I would recommend ordering your usual size and one size down for your back-up size.

This dress was easy to wear, and gorgeous!
I loved that this dress was so easy to wear! It's not skin tight so it's comfortable, it was the perfect length on me (but I'm only 5'3), and easy to accessorize. I especially liked the lace sleeves and the scalloped hem. I ended up wearing the smaller of the two sizes I ordered, and I would definitely recommend to everyone that you chose a size smaller for your back-up, since the dress is cut a little wide. I tried them both on and I thought that the 6 and the 8 fit very similar- the only difference I noticed was that the 6 was shorter.
