The skirt does slide apart/open when you sit so you just have to mindful of that, but it was not a problem for me. I'm tall and the dress was not too short - 3-4 inches above my knee as on the model. Wore this dress to my bridal shower - it was perfect. Got lots of compliments. I changed out the belt for another color.

Loved. Not too heavy either which I was worried about. The green is darker than the picture here shows (must be backlit with the white background). So they are closer to kelly green than the light green the photo leads you to believe. But still lovely!

Very comfortable. Tie at waist allows for flexibility in fit. I wore a strapless bra and you could see the outline of the top of the cups through the dress, so think about what undergarments you'll want to wear. Something that lies flat against the skin will be best.

Loved the material and color - had a bit of a purple hue to it. The length was perfect for me - I'm 5'10" and it hit about 2 or 3 inches above the knee. I have larger hips/butt vs small chest and usually wear a 6 or 8 and so ordered both - the 6 fit best. FYI - the front shoulder strap is snug and was rubbing against my chest a bit as the night wore on.
