Tie is tricky
I couldn't figure out how to get the tie to look cute and stay put. Decent work sweater through.

I loved this dress, but didn't end up wearing it. My fiance was surprising me for our anniversary, so I got a couple of dresses and this one was too professional/mature. With that being said - great dress for a meeting or conference! Love the collar and overall fit.

Wore this for a charity ball, and it's a great classic dress. Sexy, but not over the top. I'm 5'5, and wore 4.5' heels and the length of the 2L was perfect. I tried a couple of bra options and decided to go braless, which worked since I have a smaller chest. I typically go between a 0 and 2, and the 2 was perfect - fit like a glove.

I'm 5'5, 115 lbs, 34A - it more or less fit true to size and the length allowed for a 3 inch heel. Not for a small chested girl - I didn't fill it out. Also a very flat stomach helps, as the dress isn't super forgiving. The color is great, the overall shape is nice. Not my favorite dress, but fun for NYE!

Terribly Unflattering
I was so excited for this RTR for NYE.. however the fit on me was awful. The pleats in the front made me look like I was pregnant (my sister: "your stomach looks like it sticks out twice as far as your boobs") and the zipper in the back was all bumpy near the butt, which looked even worse than the front. The butt alone would have been enough for me not to wear it, it looked terrible. I'm a slender girl, flat stomach, small butt, and this dress made me look the opposite. Not recommended for small girls.
