I think this dress would work well for someone with a small bust. I really wanted to like it, because the colors and fabric are beautiful, but there is just so much fabric around the top of the dress that the bust area ended up looking really weird, and I didn't wear the dress.

Sized up and just barely fit
This playsuit is very cute but sized a little oddly. I sized up to an 8 based on the prior reviews and it just barely fit. It is tight throughout the hips/waist, and loose up top. Usually I have to size up for the bust, but this was definitely not the case.

I wore this to an outdoor concert. Comfortable dress that could be dressed up or down -- because the skirt is a structured material, the dress could easily be worn to something more formal like a wedding.

The cut outs on the side are adjustable- because I have a very short torso I had to tie them very tight… otherwise my bra and underwear would be showing. It was cute but not the most flattering on me.

I wore this on a first date. I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t fit because it doesn’t have adjustable straps, but it fit like a glove. I ended up buying it because it wasn’t too expensive. The material is light weight but the entire dress is lined. Only downside is no pockets.

I like that the dress was a little loose because it had adjustable straps and the tie belt so it fit well. The material is thick cotton and it has pockets. I wore it twice — once to farmers market and brunch with a friend and then later out to dinner with family.
