The material was more formal than I anticipated (one of my coworkers asked if I was “going to prom” 🙄) and it was tight in the armpits but that is a common issue I have with this style/neckline

Pretty details and comfortable design
After reading reviews saying this dress ran large, I thought for sure I'd go with the size Small. However, having broad shoulders and a full bust, the medium ended up being far more comfortable and the waist hitting about an inch lower than in the small made it much more flattering. The open back was sexy without feeling totally exposed, although both sizes gaped at the waist in the back. Comfortable length to wear with flats/sandals for a more conservative function.

Pretty and comfortable- just not the best for my body type :/
I have broad shoulders and often have trouble with shirts, dresses, and jackets being too tight in the shoulders and armpits, which was an issue here as well as it being quite a bit shorter than I had anticipated. I probably would have been more comfortable in a larger size. Otherwise loved the color, material, and style.

Great dress for the price point. Lovely color and style. Comfortable for dancing/eating/whatever. Easy safety pin or tape in the front to avoid over exposure.

I felt so fabulous and confident! My last sorority formal was definitely one for the books
I am continually impressed by how every detail of RTR has continued to improve and thrive over the years. My first rental was for my senior prom, and this one was for my senior sorority formal. I know I can always rely on BCBG to have a dress that fits perfectly. This one was incredibly comfortable and flattering: went braless with no fear of a malfunction. I felt like a diva all night. I did spend an hour or so flipping sequins before I put it on but it didn't bother me all that much so I didn't stress about fixing every last one.

I wore this dress for preference day during my sorority recruitment & received so many compliments!
I call this dress the Carrie Bradshaw dress. It was so much fun. The skirt needed some steam to lay flat after shipment and was still a bit more poofy than I had expected. Altogether, I wore it all day long sitting, standing, walking around and it was very comfortable. My sisters all loved it and said I looked like a total diva.
