i sized down and they were still too big!
after reading reviews, i went one size down, but they were still too big. the legs were fine, waist only slightly big, but the fabric bunched up in the front. not flattering! recommend going 2 sizes down.

It's perfect
I love it! I usually rent a bag each month to use for work. This fits everything I need, including my laptop. Perfectly soft leather. Strap is the perfect length. Unfortunately there's no zipper for the interior pocket, or snap to keep the bag closed -- but it hasn't been an issue so far. Highly recommend.
