I would recommend ordering up if you don't like dresses tight around your shoulders. The fit was a little tight around my shoulders and I have pretty thin shoulders. On the top portion of the dress, the sequins is pink, and the fabric underneath is a tanish color. It was hard for me to tell in other photos. It also has pockets, which is always a plus for me! Overall, a very beautiful dress!
