I used this dress as a Mad Hatter costume at a Wonderland themed wedding and it was practically perfect in every way. Flirty and demure yet with a lot of leg, it would work as well without the added flair, but also is quirky enough to use as a costume base. Degas dancer anyone? Pros: quirky and romantic; felt fantastic in it and received oh-so-many compliments Cons: A little tight for a size 8; arm holes are uncomfortable Overall score: Very successful, but I was glad to take it off at the end of the evening

I did not end up wearing this dress. The fit of this dress is awkward. Trust all the reviewers who mention the weird neck. It does not fit properly and bulges. I found that no amount of tightening or fiddling would fix it. The material bulged on the sides under the arms and wrinkled unattractively down the front. It might be better for someone with a D+ cup size but this was not flattering on me. I've attached pictures to illustrate the issues.

I loved this dress! I would buy it. I felt so beautiful in it. Wore it for the opening night of opera season and received compliment after compliment. Wish I had a photo of the whole dress. The gradation between the sequins and the fabric is just beautiful. I wore it without a bra and had no fears of falling out due to the weight of the sequins. However, I'm also not the type of person to worry about it. The earrings were fun but much longer than expected. Also received many compliments on the AV Max Geometric bangle set (not pictured). If you want to stand out in a crowd, wear this dress.

This dress is very elegant, form-fitting yet comfortable. I felt very glamorous in it and received many compliments. The nude underlay adds a touch of sexy while maintaining a classy attitude. Just perfect. Thanks RTR!

I usually wear an 8-10 american size. 36B-30-38. It fit snuggly and zipped up tightly - both the under bodice and dress. But once there, it simply felt like it was going to fall down. Maybe I need to have a bigger cup size or broader rib cage to to wear it. I just couldn't imagine having to yank it up all night. Kind of cute but not fitted for me. I returned it.

I found that this was a good fit at size 8. It is NAVY though. I thought it was black. Wore it anyway and got many compliments. The material is a bit stiff and not as luxe as I would expect from an expensive dress. Overall a good rental and a very different dress that definitely stands out from the crowd.

I loved this dress for a wedding that I attending. Felt elegant and classy but not over-dressed. Great fit around the hips and the color is stellar.

Loved wearing this dress and the attention that it garnered. I have red hair and wore black evening gloves - many people made Jessica Rabbit ('Who framed Roger Rabbit') comments. I'm 36B and it made me look like a C at least! Three things that should be considered. 1) It ran slightly larger in size. Usually I'm an 8, but think I would have liked to have tried a 6 in it for backup. 2) Do NOT expect to wear stockings with this. They will be ruined within 5 minutes. 3) The lining ends about 1" before the top and bottom of the dress. As the dress was a bit big for me, the sequins rubbed the skin on my back pretty raw by the end of the night. Otherwise, it's a pretty snazzy and WOWZA dress to wear.
