I wore this coat to my father-in-laws February funeral. It was divine. I was worried it would feel too “Melania”, but I only felt sophisticated. My first coat arrived without the fur collar but RTR sent me a replacement. It’s not the same coat without it!

I loved this dress equally as much as the dress I chose to wear. It was hard to decide! What I loved was the fabric and how it draped. The tailoring at the waist is also flattering, although made me have to size up in order to fit into the dress. If you’re very hippy or bootylicious, it might not be a good option or size up. The neckline is also low, but not enough for me to avoid wearing it. I just didn’t have the right bra!

This dress is nice, but didn’t feel special in any way. It was flattering enough and would have done the job of a funeral dress, but I ended up picking a different dress. What I did like was the thickness of the fabric and how I laid. The swish of the skirt was also a nice feeling. What I didn’t like was how I didn’t fill the bust out enough and the fabric would easily snag.

I wore this to my father-in-laws February funeral and it was perfect. I’m normally belly conscious but it felt confident with shape wear. The slit in the back was also at just the right height to hide the Skims I was wearing. The material has a very subtle horizontal linear texture. It’s just the right thickness to smooth without being too thick and stiff.
