Comfy for brunch, runs big
This was a replacement sent for a romper that didn't fit, only size M was avail despite reviews stating it runs large so I wore it anyway. The elastic top is definitely lose but it works if you keep an eye on it. It worked for my birthday brunch; if worn all day it could get annoying constantly pulling it up so my strapless bra wasn't exposed on the one side. Fun details and cute! Easy to accessorize.

Comfy and unique
I rented this dress for a spring wedding held outdoors. It was an unseasonably warm day but I was comfortable despite the thick fabric. The dress has a good amount of stretch and is flattering. The medium worked well for me and was comfortable for dinner and dancing--no spanx necessary! I got several compliments on the floral embroidery, too, which elevated it from your standard LBD. The only issue was the seam in the waist makes it incredibly hard to zip up the dress even with help!

Backup dress, too tight, didn't wear
This had some sorta odd undertones, sort of green metallic, and the size 8 was too tight to wear comfortably at a wedding. Ended up wearing a dress I already owned.

Color, style made a splash at formal wedding
My partner was in the wedding party wearing a tux, so I wanted to rent a formal dress that would match. At 5'7" 140 lbs, the 6 fit comfortably but, as other reviewers said, this clings to your curves so I picked up some Spanx. I was counting on tips from other reviews that a bra and any neutral undergarments wouldn't be visible through the side details, and they were right. Without a bra you could see some side boob, so luckily I was able to wear a nude strapless and ribcage-high spanx without it being obvious. I got compliments on the color and style. I felt the length kept the sexy silhouette conservative enough for a formal family wedding. Definitely recommend!

Awkward fit, didn't wear
I'm a 34D and this top fit in M, but wasn't flattering. It was more boxy than drapey, and it didn't look good with the black skirt or black pants I was planning on pairing it with for NYE. It also looks like it's been worn, not as new looking as past RTR rentals. I wore something I already owned instead.

Flowy, modern dress for 3-star Michelin B-day dinner!
I was a bit nervous to rent this dress as it had no prior reviews, which was explained when I found the original tags on my dress and backup size! I tried on the size 4 first and didn't even try the 6, it's a flowy and forgiving pleated silk fabric -- the only fitted area is the neck/shoulders. It comes with a belt made out of the same fabric which helps give it some shape. Overall, I loved this dress! It was comfortable and I wore it with open-toe heels and a leather jacket for a fancy birthday dinner on vacation in Chicago (I wanted something comfortable for sitting and eating, and this fit the bill!). It can definitely be dressed up or down, and I'd recommend sizing down since I found there to be ample space in the hips, waist, and bust. I was able to wear a normal strapless bra, and at 5'7" this hit me at the midi length.

Carefree, fun wedding guest dress
I opted for the larger of my two sizes, although it was a bit loose in the waist/bust area. The adjustable straps on this are a lifesaver for customizing the fit (and cleavage exposure). The length worked great with my wedges, and I was able to dance all night comfortably. The less-dressy fabric made this work great at this more casual barn/vineyard wedding.

Beautiful, awkward fit
This was my first dress from RTR. I wanted to love it -- and it would have potentially worked in another situation, like a red-carpet event. But for a wedding with family I felt like it revealed way too much cleavage and that was hard to tell from other reviews/photos how it would look on me. The small fit but was tight around the ribcage and chest, and the medium was loose in the chest and very low cut. My next RTR dress will be something less risky in the cut! The fabric is a nice weight (the dress definitely weighs a lot on the hanger!) and the pockets are a great touch. It hit just above my knees and I'm 5'7"
