I'm 5'7" and 140 with 32DD bust. I was surprised to find that the 6 was a better fit although it was snug around the waist/ribs! The dress was shorter than I expected. It paired well with a big gold necklace and navy pumps I already had at home. I think any gold accessories would work well. The animal print pattern on the fabric shows up a lot more in person than in the online photos, so a patterned handbag might be hard to pull off.

This was a beautiful necklace. A little hard to get it to lay flat and it loses one star because it was so heavy! It made dancing really challenging because it kept flipping around.

I used the reviews to find this dress and I'm so happy I did! I was able to wear a comfortable bra, fancy flats and no spanx and I still looked pretty great. If I wanted to wear heels I would have needed the 4L but I also would have needed 3-4" heels.
