Not as pictured
This dress is lovely though not at all as pictured. It does not come with the belt and is not cinched. It's a straight, sack-like dress. The fabric is extremely stiff. It really is a chic little dress but to my mind more appropriate for an afternoon tea than an evening black tie affair.
