Tight in the shoulders and chest? I feel like someone may have dry cleaned this top because Farm Rio typically runs big on me

Perfect statement dress!
I’m typically a 10/L in dresses and it was perfect and so comfy. Ruffles hide all of the lumps and curves and the top was perfect. I’m a 34D and it fit perfectly! I wore the straps crossed in the front instead of behind the neck.

Sized up to a 12 bc they were out of 10's and glad I did. I'm short waisted but usually a 10/12 or L in bottoms and the size 12 top ended up fitting comfortably and bottoms were long enough. Wore for a concert and bday dinner!
