Sleeves are very long (and I have long arms), but it fits beautifully and travels well. Wore this to two different work events with ivory pants and it was perfect.

Great Spring/Summer Dress
I wore this to a spring charity luncheon and it worked great. Love the sleeves and fit - the only odd thing is how RTR sews in the belts. I understand the reason, but I had to get creative on the tie so that it didn't look odd. Would definitely rent again.

The body of the shirt is oddly short (and I have a short torso) - much better tucked in. I wore it under a blazer twice and it worked, but I didn't like it on its own.

Great fit - wore with matching jacket
I sized up (didn't want to risk tight sequins!) and the pants were just below ankle-length on me, but worked. Wore set to a Vegas-themed event and it def sparkled.

Wore this for Christmas Mass and it was lovely. You could also dress this I for a cocktail event. The fit was TTS - I probably could have done a L, but the XL wasn't terribly big. Based on the reviews, I guessed I was between L/XL.

Light fabric, great length (just below the knee - could be closer to midi for shorter ladies) and an overall nice fit. I wore this to a work conference with a blazer and to the office with a cardigan jacket. Highly recommend.

Pretty green color, nice fit. The waist is a bit high, and the fabric belt is sewn in - you could use your own belt, but would need to work with the sewn in one. All in all - I wore it twice and like it. For my pear figure, it wasn't super flattering (flowy bottom and high waist line), but it worked.
