I don't have a very slender body type (athletic and short torso) so I am always worried about how dresses will fit me, especially when they are back zip. However, this dress fit perfectly and I received so many compliments. I didn't need to wear a bra with it and felt sexy and confident all day/night. If you want to make a statement, I highly recommend this dress. Also, I am 5"5 and did not find the slit too revealing
