Didn’t wear this to the work holiday party because it was too revealing. I found I could cover mostly if I scrunched the shoulders together. Unfortunately, the torso was too long for me and I kept needing to raise my shoulders up to keep the dress from revealing my whole boob. Beautiful dress and really wished I could have made it work, but this was not the event for me.

This dress was great for my company holiday party. It was nice to not have a black dress, but it didn't stand out too much being navy in color. I used some double sided tape to keep my regular bra straps from popping out as the neckline is slightly wider than a regular bra, but not by too much.

I wore this dress for my company's holiday party. I went between this dress and another but ultimately went with this one. Since the cut is very low in the front, I went with a Nubra and added some double sided tape to ensure the girls didn't pop out (they didn't, even with some salsa and cha cha on the dance floor). Due to the length, I could have worn heels or flats and the dress would reach the floor either way. Ultimately went with flats because no one could see anyway. Amazed many people with the pockets - enough so that I got a new job out of it. :D Rent this one. It's stunning.

Wore this dress to a baby shower when it was 85 F + and super sunny. Loved the flowy nature of the dress and extra room in the hips. I was able to wear a small (the medium fit about the same) with my figure (2/4 top and 6/8 bottom). The band around the middle hits at your natural waist, and I didn't find it restricting or "too tight". I almost rented it again immediately for another event. Just be careful of the front - there was no pin or button and I just had to keep an eye on the fabric moving to reveal part of my bra; I think I readjusted 2-3 times over a 6 hour period. Would work great if you are breastfeeding.

Loved the dress, especially with the sleeves. While I initially thought it was a little short, it was great overall and worked out perfectly. I wore this to a graduation in Flagstaff, AZ which can have the weather vary drastically from freezing to 70 F and always has wind. I paired this with very comfortable, and somewhat sparkly flipflops, a cardigan, and a necklace (also from RTR). I've included two pictures, one of how I wore it, and the second when I tried it on to make sure it would work for me. I ordered the 8 initially, but because it had a slight flair, I thought I could get away with a smaller size. The 6 worked great for my top and bottom. (I'm a 2/4 on top and 8/10 on bottom). I'll definitely look for this dress again, either in this color or the red.

I didn't end up wearing this to the event, but it was a great dress. I wish I could have rented this in size 6 instead, as I would have been more excited to wear it. I had a graduation in Flagstaff, AZ in mid-May, and with the weather ever changing from freezing to 70 F, I needed this in my arsenal. It was slightly scratchy on the inside, but a shirt would have been fine to cover that up. Overall, although it's cute with it's florals, this is definitely not a warm spring/summer dress.
