I am a size 28 like clockwork and these were easily two sizes too small. Not sure if they run small, or they were laundered too many times. But size up when ordering. SUPER cute though!

This dress is perfect for a black tie wedding. It is extremely well made and the photos do not do it
I ended up with an 8Long even though I am 5'5" and with 4 in. heels, it was just right. I would say if you want this to come right to the toe, order the long. No bra necessary. It is a very thick dress with a thick liner inside, so a bra is not necessary (I am a DDD).

It does run a little small/shorter than most cropped jackets. I ended up with a Large and it fit, but was a little small.
